Q: How many showers/baths are in each house?
A: As an industry guideline:
Q: How many beds/sleeping areas does each house have?
A: Bedding is as follows, though may vary depending on the individual house:

Q: How many guests does the house sleep?
A: based on 2 guests in each bedroom:
- 3 bedroom house sleeps 6
- 4 bedroom house sleeps 8
- 5 bedroom house sleeps 10
- 6 bedroom house sleeps 12
Some houses also have sleeper sofa. Please request at time of reservation, but is not guaranteed.
Q: Do we have a private pool or is it a community pool?
A: All houses have a private pool and townhouses have a community pool.
Q: Is cleaning cost included into our rental price?
A: Cleaning is included for all townhouses and pool homes rented for 7 or more nights. Rentals are cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Rentals of less then 7 nights will be charged a $85 and up cleaning fee.

Q: What do we need to bring?
A: Travel as if you would be going to a hotel or friend’s house. Soap and paper products are enough for the first night and then you have to provide your own.
Q: Do we need to bring our own linens and towels?
A: No, all the basics are there. You might want to bring some additional towels because those of you who like to swim a lot, could always use more towels.
Q. What’s included in the house?
A. The houses are fully furnished. The only items you need to supply are paper products, soap, dishwashing and washing supplies. Everything else, linens, dishes, glasses, towels, etc. are already in the house.
Q. Do the houses have cable TV?
A: Most houses have basic cable.
Q: Where are shopping/grocery stores?
A: All of our houses are located in communities that are close to a Publix, Wal-Mart, Sam’s, Target, etc.
Q: Are the pools heated?
A: Townhouse: Most of the community pools are heated. Keep in mind some are not.
House: POOL HEAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE FOR POOL HOMES. Some houses have pool heating available. Request must be made at time of reservation. Rates vary and are for the entire stay of your reservation. Pool heating cannot be switched on until full payment has been received. The pool will take approximately 5 to 8 hours to warm up, so please order and pay in advance.
Q: What type of phone system is available?
A: Each house has at least one telephone for outgoing as well as incoming calls. Local calls are free. Calls to Orlando, long distance or international calls are blocked, which means they can only be made with the use of a credit or calling card. Specific instructions are posted in each house.
Q: How old are your houses?
A: We feature newer houses; the average age of our houses is two to three years! Our oldest houses are no older than nine years.
Q: Which house will I be in?
A: When you look at the pictures of the houses and townhomes we have to offer, you will notice how beautiful our houses are. When you place your reservation, we guarantee that you will receive the type of house you book, or nicer. When you place a hotel reservation, the hotel does not tell you your room number when you book. Only upon check. In the same way, when you place a reservation with us, we will not assign you a specific address until your arrival. It will be based on the arrival and departure of other guests. Although we will do our very best to provide you with everything you want, every now and then, a guest may place a special request, which we will promise to do our best to honor.
Q: Do the houses look like the pictures posted on our “Housing Photos” page?
A: Yes. Please note that all houses are individually owned and have different furnishings, but all are similar.
Q: Are pets allowed?
Q: When can we check-in / check-out?
A: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
Check-out time is before 10:00 AM (keys must be returned where you picked them up by that time please.)
Q: Do you know whom I can contact for tickets for Universal Studios, Disney, etc?
A: For a good start, check out our Orlando links. Also, there will be someone selling tickets at the ballpark.
Q. I’ve signed up for multiple housing for my team, why can’t I get my addresses now?
A. We make every effort to place the housing units as close together as possible. By placing teams in housing this far in advance, any minor change (arrival/departure of any team, reducing / increasing a housing size) will cause the intricate placement of housing to be shifted entirely or partially, therefore we wait until after the “dust has settled” and teams have firmed up their travel plans and house size needs.
Q. What are your business hours?
A. Our normal business hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Q. How do you apply for a tax exempt form?
A. To obtain an application form to receive tax-exempt status visit the tax exempt faq at the IRS website.
The tax exempt application forms may also be requested by calling 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676.)
